People don't mind spending few bucks if they are getting a nice deal. Many people have been asking me about cheap calls to India, Pakistan etc. Though, I personally have not been in the favor of Betamax services but still a large number of people use it and found them cheap ones.
Betamax provides the lowest calling rates to various destinations but they have a tendency of changing their calling rates regularly. I have mentioned below the cheapest betamax service for calling various destinations. A large number of countries can be called for free using betamax services. The service I have mentioned is purely based on the calling rate. Paying options, SIP settings etc can be found from their website. You may give betamax a try and see if it suits your needs. First, satisfy yourself fully with Betamax before buying any credit.
Just to let readers know, people can also make absolutely free calls to India (60 minutes free by Rebtel) and other destinations.
1. Cheap calls to India -: Webcalldirect and Calleasy provides 2 eurocents per minute calling rate to India. Freecall also give a cheap rate of 2.5 eurocents/min to make calls to India. Though, calls to India can be made for free using voucher code "freepctophone" by Rebtel.
2. Cheap calls to Pakistan -: Internetcalls and Sipdiscount provide 3 eurocents/minute calls to Pakistan. I guess this is by far cheaper than other voip services.
3. Cheap calls to Bangladesh -: Lowratevoip offers free calls to Bangladesh. Calleasy and Smsdiscount offer 1 eurocent/minute call to Bangladesh.
4. Cheap calls to Dominican Republic -: Intervoip, lowratevoip, Smsdiscount and poivy offers 2 eurocent/min calls to Dominican Republic.
5. Cheap calls to Central African Republic : Dialnow offers 3 eurocents/minute calls.
6. Cheap calls to Egypt : Internetcalls and Nonoh offer 5 eurocents/min calls.
7. Cheap calls to Kenya : Intervoip offers 2 eurocents/min to Kenya.
8. Cheap calls to Nepal : Calleasy offers 7 eurocents/min calls to Nepal.
9. Cheap calls to Saudi Arabia : Smslisto is offering 2 eurocents/min calls.
10. Cheap calls to UAE : Dialnow and Smslisto offers 8 eurocent/min calls to UAE.
The above rates are quite accurate as of now, but it is better to cross check the rates before you buy any credit as I have mentioned before betamax calling rates keep on fluctuating. I'm a regular visitor of your blog. i have even subscribed for your blog so I would read it first hand. I would thank you for all the free calls i made to india thru rebtel.
the reason i'm writing you, I looking for something alternative to one that skype offers unlimited calls to all us landlines and incoming number. being an it professional i need to attend many interviews and attend other calls, I ran out of my cell phone "free" minutes and in need of alternative number for recieving and making unlimited calls in USA. I dont mind using any softphone or messenger installer like skype or yahoo to make and receive calls. I saw sth like " Magic Jack", looks like a good deal 20$ per year , but initialy we need to pay 50$ including tax.
being a regular reader i believe there definitely might be a company that would offer this free incoming number and outgoing. I searched on your blog but couldn't catch one so I'm mailing you. please let me know.

Sir Madhur, do you know that ibibo has changed their free calling system? Now they are allowing a 3 minutes call to any country for each account, but only for single time. I am creating many accounts and calling INDIA for FREE. But it is tedious to make a new account for each call. Can u find any hacks to overcome this. I think soon our country will be rich in free voip services.Thanks.

I know about ibibo mobile..I will be writing a post soon on it..I guess they give you 10 minutes for each new account..and each call is limited to 2 minutes.
Actually they give you 3 minute for a invitation for a friend.
The only difference is that they are nowdays allowing international calls to..It can be used for making free international phone calls..

Sir,Adphone is offering 10 free units in liew of being an adphone fan in www.facebook.com .These 10 units can be recharged in 14 days for free . so if I create 20 adphone as well as facebook account I will get 200 free units for 14 days, whereas to call India only 3.6 units/min is needed. So I get 50 minutes ( approx )talktime in each 14 days. Isn't it nice. Please find out any special trick so that more calls can be made easily.Thanks.
