It doesn't seems to be great offer to me as...they are charging 8.9 cents instead of you are mentioning 6.9 cents....and they are asking e-mail address of someone who had signed earlier for pingo...

Hi Sandy,
Actually it was my fault that I forgot to mention rates being calculated for Calls from USA to India. Rates differ country wise. You must be knowing that rates for India are not cheap. I guess 8.9 cents is still a competitive offer, keeping in mind they are giving additional 10$.
Regarding they being asking for a email address of a person who has already signed for Pingo - I will shoot a mail to a official in Pingo and clear this up.

1. Actual rate to call India
From USA to India - Its not 8.9 cents but actually 6.5 cents to call India with Pingo. Plus with the $10 bonus that’s like .40% off on this 6.5 cent rate or about 4 cents a min to call India. During this promotional offer
From Canada to India - Its 6.5cents
2. Refer a Friend
Pingo offers $5 to refer a friend to Pingo. If you had a friend refer you, this is where you enter in there email address to let them earn a $5 bonus to there account. You don’t have to fill this out. On the sign up page. There is little ? marks that help you with any concerns you have on the sign up for.
If you clicked the friends email box.It would say

i explained this above. If a friend referred you, put in there email address so they can get $5 refer a friend pingo credit. If you didn't get referred by a friend. just leave that blank
2. coupon
enter coupon "dad" when it asked for a coupon. this will give you the credit to ensure your total of $10 in free calls. so you get $25 calling card for $15.
